John Asaro

As a painter of genre scenes for the past 30 years or so, John Asaro, during this period, had been contemplating painting exclusively the female figure. For one reason or another, the timing was never right.

In January of 2006, he was clear on the look and concept and finally began this long adventure. He calls these paintings "figure portraits in arrangements."

He plans to spend the next 20 years working on this theme.

These paintings are only a preview and are not for sale at this time. When and where they are shown and are for sale will be announced on this website. These paintings are oil on canvas and are currently untitled.
